Our Team

Jacob Tillman

In the words of the great and gracious N’Sync, God must have spent a little more time on [Jacob].  Caring, kind, intelligent… just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to describing the man loved by so many.  An Arkansas native, there isn’t much of the natural state that he hasn’t seen or worked in.  For many years, Jacob taught math in high school, but discovered that there is no nobler a profession than energy efficiency technician.  Jacob spends most of his time these days crawling under homes in dark and damp crawlspaces and above homes through hot and humid attics, all in the name of energy efficiency.  He has a passion for building and retrofitting homes that stay comfortable and keep their tenants healthy by reducing energy usage and improving the quality of Arkansan’s homes. Always carrying his BPI certification, and his EPA certification, you can call him anytime to discuss matters pertaining to your home.

Spencer Mckinney

This is our Spencer. He likes to party. So long as that party includes watching John Wayne movies, discussing history of the western civilization, and some kind of mandolin performance. Spencer is a great asset to the team. He came to us with a background in construction, offering common sense and a learned work ethic. His finished projects are always neat and detailed, a welcome contrary to his outer appearance. When Spencer is not working, you can usually find him actively eating a can of Vienna sausages. This is because he politely eats his canned sardines discretely and away from the public eye.

Tanner Tillman

This is Tanner. They say to not judge a book by it’s cover, but that is exactly what we did when we hired him. It has worked out so far. His lean and boyish figure prove to be more than aesthetics. He can fit into the tightest attics and crawls there are. We’re glad to have him. He’s a quick learner and a hard worker. We’re not exactly sure why he sticks around. We suppose he actually does enjoy the industry. And why not. It is rewarding to improve people’s lives at home.
